Student Support

Helping every student stay connected, supported, and on track.

District 5 schools work with families to support students' academic growth, attendance, wellness, belonging, and school connection. If a student needs additional support, families should begin by contacting their child's school.

School teams are best positioned to understand each student's needs and connect families with appropriate next steps. District 5 supports schools through coordinated systems such as MTSS, CRASEL, attendance support, and family partnership.
